Description: Provides resources, support, advocacy and information to Aged Care Service providers and Disability Service providers, their clients and carers. Facilitates the provision of access and equity issues and co-ordinates Seniors Week activities. Coordinates the Blue Mountains Domestic Squalor and Hoarding Working Group, compiles the Community Care Guide and the Staying Physically Active Services Directory for Older People. Oversees the implementation of Councils Ageing Strategy and Disability Inclusion Action Plan
