Description: Contact point for Girl Guides in the Blue Mountains. Can give details of local groups. Girl Guides Association offers community programs and outdoor events for girls. Activities include camping, abseiling, water sports, art and craft and community services. The aim of the Guides is to provide a fun environment where girls can meet new friends, help people and be challenged. The Girl Guides encourage individuality and its activities are geared towards increasing self-awareness. Girl Guides are aged between 5-18.
