Description: This Disability Employment Service (DES) provides disability employment support to those with disability seeking employment or seeking to maintain their employment. School Leaver Employment Supports/ (SLES) program/Finding and Keeping a job NDIS (former Transition to Work) for school leavers aged 14+ with medical conditions or disabilities to assist with life skills, training and employment. Community Participation and Employment categories under NDIS for youth 14- 25 years. Social days and life skills
