Australian Unity Aboriginal Home Care service provides culturally appropriate home and community services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people throughout New South Wales.

Services provided include: check-ins and well-being; domestic assistance; personal care; health services; transport; in-home nursing; home modifications, meals and grocery shopping; social support; respite care; home maintenance and gardening; goods and equipment advice.

To be eligible you must be aged 50 years or older (45 years or older on a low income and homeless, or at risk of being homeless).
