Description: Boccia, Football, Futsal, Swimming, Triathlons, Water-polo, Volley Ball, Spin classes, Table Tennis, Cricket and many other sports for children and adults with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities. Also speed and agility program. Equipment and qualified coaches are provided. Bring own carer if required. Activities are provided at all levels from fun “come and try” to elite training squads with pathways to representative sport. Also weekend training sessions, competitions, junior (ages 5-18) holiday programs and camps. Programs provided on the Northern Beaches, Central Coast, Newcastle, SW Sydney and Penrith.
