Description: A 24 hour personal response service that links clients with family, friends or emergency services in times of need. The service is designed for people who maybe at risk due to advanced age, ill health or a disability. The system comprises a water resistant personal pendant (alarm button) and an alarm unit that has the capability to operate on either a telephone line or via the mobile network. By simply pressing the pendant, a message is automatically sent to the response centre and assistance is arranged as required. A "Daily Call" facility is also offered. It provides a daily check for people who don't have regular daily contact with others.
