Description: Participate Australia offers NDIS Support Coordination. Support is available in selecting the most appropriate services from a range of providers to help meet NDIS goals. NDIS Support Coordinators can assist in the implementation of all supports in an NDIS plan, including informal, mainstream, community and funded supports. Supports and activities can be tailored to suit the needs of a person, including individualised, small or larger group goals.
