Description: Livewire Online is for young people aged 12-20 years living in Australia or New Zealand with a serious illness, chronic health condition or disability, and their siblings, to connect, socialise, have fun and creatively express themselves. It’s a safe online community that is moderated by Chat Hosts who promote positive distraction and peer to peer connection. Whether you’re home or in hospital, you can make friends, share stories, laugh, have a vent, and be yourself. Our moderated chat is live from 12pm weekdays and 9am weekends until midnight (AEST) every day, plus live streaming, games, videos, comps and more. Livewire is run by the Starlight Children's Foundation.
