Description: Hands on and interactive activities on several beaches and in the surf from mid-October to mid-March, include: land based ones to provide awareness of the beach environment, basic aquatic survival techniques, games on the beach. Staff:student ratio is 1:3. School staff or carers are welcome. In classroom surf education talks are also available. Nippers for children with special needs run at Surf Life Saving clubs at South Curl Curl, North Steyne, Mona Vale and Newport on Sundays.
