Description: Commonwealth funded program for Carers which provides information, Tailored Support Packages, Peer Support Services, Counselling, Facilitated Coaching, Young Carer services and supports, a Carer Podcast and referral to other services, to meet the needs of eligible Carers. Also provides In-Home Respite in an Emergency, for eligible Carers. A brokerage model is used for in-home supports.
