Description: Provides affordable, accessible housing to people with physical disabilities, particularly those in wheelchairs on low incomes (25% of income up to market rent). The villa complex is located in Minto in the Macarthur area. The complex consists of four three bedroom villas and two, two bedroom villas with garage large enough for transfer by hoist at rear or side of vehicle or from side door entering into the house. As a co-operative, the service is answerable to Common Equity NSW and the Registry of Co-operatives. Each member must contribute to the management of the co-operative, attend a monthly general meeting and be a member of one of the committees. Must arrange own personal care.
