Description: Multidisciplinary community-based rehabilitation services for adults (16+) with recent traumatic brain injury, living in Sydney Metro (Northern, Central, Eastern Sydney). Individual and group intervention is tailored to the injured person's rehabilitation needs. Services include rehabilitation medicine, case management, clinical nurse consultancy, neuropsychology, clinical psychology, recreation therapy, occupational therapy, social work, speech pathology, physiotherapy.
