Description: Offer post-natal care home-visits and support for parents with a newborn baby. Specialist Child and Family Health nurses provide personalised breast-feeding support and assistance on a drop-in basis - no appointment needed. Children's health and development 'blue book' check appointments are also available. We work in partnership with parents, who have children 0 to 5-years-old and provide information and support promoting and monitoring child health and development. Offers early parenting support groups and can assist with information and referral to other local community services and resources. Please make an appointment or drop-in to the weekly breast feeding clinic. Located adjacent to Forestway Shopping Centre.
