Description: Lifeline provides 24 hour telephone crisis support helpline 13 11 14 (24 hours), personal, bereavement and financial counselling by appointment. Other services include: Face2Face Counselling Service; Visits to nursing home residents; "Buddy phone" support for suicidal persons; Anxiety support group (on-going). Anxiety support courses. Personal counselling by arrangement including after hours service.Low cost ($30 per session or $15 concession) face2face or Zoom counselling sessions available in Balgowlah, Manly and Mosman during business hours. No referral required and no limit on sessions. Bulk-billing available for clients that have a Mental Health Care Plan. All counsellors are tertiary trained and accredited professionals.
