Location: Sydney Children's Hospital, Ainsworth Building, Level 2, High St, Randwick NSW 2031


Description: A team of specialist, which manages the continuing rehabilitation of children with brain injuries across NSW. Team members are involved in assessment of the child's abilities, provision of therapy for problems which may arise from the injury, and provision of family support and school liaison. The team consists of: a Coordinator, Paediatric Rehabilitation Specialist, Case Managers, Clinical Nurse Consultants, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Clinical Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, Social Workers.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Referral: Contact can be made directly with the coordinator. To see the team, a GP referral will be required.
