Description: Livable Housing Australia (LHA) is a partnership between community and consumer groups, government and the residential building industry. LHA�s nationally-endorsed Livable Housing Design Guidelines describe the features that help make a home more livable. Four core activities: Leadership, drive industry best practice through the Livable Housing Design Guidelines; Certification of dwellings that comply with the Guidelines; Advocacy all levels of government, the residential building industry and consumer to embrace the Guidelines; Train registered assessors to evaluate the designs and completed construction of homes against the Guidelines.
