Description: Weave is a not-for-profit community organisation that provides a range of direct support services to disadvantaged children, young people, women, families, and Aboriginal people of all ages, who live primarily in the old South Sydney LGA as well as the City of Sydney, Maroubra/La Perouse and Inner West regions. Provides a range of services from counselling for people living with mental health issues, after school programs, a post-release support program, a homelessness service, a family support program, a support program for women leaving domestic violence, and a support program for women with children in their care.
