Description: Lou's Place is a community-based drop-in centre for women and women with children who are in crises and in need of support. It provides a safe haven and base for multiple support services. Facilities include laundry, shower, breakfast, lunch, clothes, tv room and coffee/tea making facilities. Services include crisis intervention, case management and legal service. Activities include personal development sessions, fun in recovery, yoga, music, sewing, jewellery making and creative writing. Restriction to 10-15 women at one time.
