  • Mind and Body Fitness; We provide a variety of fitness classes for people 55 onwards.
  • Classes range from high energy yoga and dance to gentle chair exercise classes.
  • We also offer social or educational activities such as learn a language, scrabble or painting and drawing.
  • We also provide a social group for Greek seniors.
