Description: Services for people with serious and chronic mental illness including: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, inpatient services, home visiting and referral. These services are provided by a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers and occupational therapists. Support groups include Schizophrenia Fellowship, GROW and MANDA meetings.
