Description: We teach a Japanese style therapy yoga called Ryoho; Yoga for beginners through to advanced standards, general classes, private and corporate classes and events. We teach at primary and high schools inclusive of clients with special needs. NYC also run workshops & cooking classes providing vegetarian & macrobiotic whole food dietary & nutritional advice. We operate seasonal week long Yoga and Detox Retreats (international and local). Come join us to salute to the sunrise and sunsets overlooking Newport Beach. Saturday mornings 7.30 am.
