Description: Provides older people, their families and friends with information on the range services and options available to them, including lifelong learning, recreational and community activities, financial matters and concessions, health matters, legal matters and planning ahead, housing, community care and support at home, residential aged care. provides information over the phone and more information can be gained from the website. It has a series of fact sheets and some information resources from other NSW Government agencies. The Seniors Information Service does not advise callers what actions to take in their particular circumstances or guide them in making their decisions.
