Description: The Anti-Discrimination Board of NSW is part of the NSW Department of Justice. It administers NSW anti-discrimination laws. Staff at the Anti-Discrimination Board investigate and try to resolve complaints of unlawful discrimination. Staff also educate people about what the anti-discrimination laws say and why they are important. The ADB also reports to the Government if it thinks the law needs changing to help give more people a fair go. The ADB provides training to public and private sector and community groups.
