Description: Services for people with a disability are available through the NDIS. Services assists adults with disability to access and participate in chosen activities. Peer support, skill development, leisure activities, Sailability, music, bowling and lunches provide socialization, walking Groups wellness and exercise with meaningful programs assisting participants as much or as little as necessary in order to stay independent. We encourage inclusion within the participants leisure preferences, to improve quality of life. Families and Circle of Care are consulted in developing individual Support Plans for participants. Access to all venues, Community hubs and toilet facilities. Program times vary contact for details.
