Description: The Diabetes Centre provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient diabetes services to children and adolescents in the metropolitan area and regional NSW through our Hospital-based and outreach services. Services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team including physicians, diabetes educators, dietitians and social worker professionals. Providing education, counselling, and clinical services for children and young people with diabetes.
