Description: The Fresh Tracks Foundation invites youth with a brain injury (or similar condition) to safely ride recumbent trikes around the HART track. The bikes build strength, stimulate the brain and build confidence while interacting with others. Initial assessment by Royal Rehabís Return2Sports program determines capabilities and then riders can use the supervised riding days at HART (Fri 2-4pm) or Newington (Mon Wed 1-4pm). Call Adam or Adam from Return2Sport so appropriate support can be arranged. Also at Newington Armory, Jamieson St, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127. Return2Sport is NDIS provider.

Hours: HART Fri 2pm-4pm, Newington Mon Wed 1-4pm

Fees: Initial assessment $180. $18/session at HART.
