Description: Hurstville City Council is responsible for the management of 79 hectares of remnant bushland. There are currently around 100 active volunteers that make up 18 groups working at 16 sites across Oatley, Peakhurst, Lugarno and Riverwood, including a Native Nursery group. The groups meet Tuesday to Saturday of each week. They operate as 3 hour sessions held either in the morning or afternoon on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or bimonthly basis.
