Description: The scheme provides regular volunteer visitors to isolated residents of selected hostels/nursing homes. Visitors see the same resident each visit. Visits need to be at least 2 hours per fortnight.

Hours: Office Mon 9am-4:30pm

Fees: No fees

Referral: Anyone can make a referral but the care recipient need to fit the criteria based on an assessment from the aged care provider.

Facilities Note: South- West Sydney and Inner West Sydney

Volunteering Note: Volunteers are needed for care recipients living in Aged Care facilities and nursing homes. Application process, interview & police checks are required (cost subsidised).
