Description: St Luke's provides support to enable elderly people to remain living safely in their own homes. Professional carers assist in all areas of daily living from personal care, housework and meal preparation, to shopping, home maintenance and companionship. They run three programs: 1. Home Care Packages (government subsidised) 2. Carer Respite - to give main carer relief (government subsidised); 3. Private Home Care (full fee services). Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, meal preparation, transport to medical appointments/shopping etc., companionship/social support, nursing, podiatry, speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, remedial massage, lymphatic drainage therapy, gardening and minor home modifications.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (office hours). Provision of services extend beyond hours.
