Description: Active Ability provides a safe and fun Hydrotherapy session for adults with intellectual disability 16-35 years old needing low-medium support in a group setting in Hornsby. Exercise aims to achieve individual goals, improve physical health, prevent chronic disease (related to sedentary lifestyles) as well as provide a positive social setting and health education. Need for carer support is assessed on an individual basis. One hour session on Monday evening.
Hours: Monday 5:30-6:30pm
