Description: A joint initiative of Hornsby Hospital and the Hornsby General Practice Unit, aims to improve the health of overweight children. The program uses a team of experts to work with families and their children aged 2 to 12 achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
Hours: Once monthly Wednesday 2:00-6:00pm
Languages: An interpreter can be booked to attend
