Description: Provides information, advocacy and referral services for mental health information and support. There are two information support lines, Mental Health Information and Anxiety Disorder Information. Runs free anxiety support groups for people with anxiety disorders, and their families or carers. Small Steps seminars address anxiety of primary school children, with support for parents and teachers. Publish fact sheets and Way Ahead Directory of mental health and well being services (wayahead.org.au). Way ahead do not provide crisis care but can assist in finding the right support.
