Description: A range of programs includes three information lines for support, information, and referrals. The Mental Health Information line (1300 794 991), Anxiety Disorder Information line (1300 794 992), and Carers Information line (1300 554 660). Runs free anxiety support groups for people with anxiety disorders, and their families or carers. Small Steps seminars address anxiety of primary school children, with support for parents and teachers. Coordinations Mental Health month in NSW and runs a Workplace MH program. MH-related fact sheets and Way Ahead Directory of mental health and well being services (https://directory.wayahead.org.au/). WayAhead does not provide direct Mental Health services but can assist in finding the right support.
