Description: The Coal Loader showcases innovation and best practice, enables hands-on learning about sustainability in every-day life and serves as a community meeting point and hub for Council's extensive range of environmental and sustainability programs. Officially opened by North Sydney Council on 10 July 2011, everyone is welcome to drop in, book a guided tour, join a workshop or simply enjoy the stunning harbour views! The on-site Cafe is open Wed to Sun, 7am to 3pm. Both the Centre and Cafe are closed on public holidays.
