Description: Centre-based day program for adults with disability of mild to high support needs. Includes outings, activities, community participation, learning and skill development for moderate to very high support needs to achieve each individual's goals, increase independence and become a valued participating member of the community.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm office, Mon-Fri 9am-3pm program
Disability facilities: level entry, toilet, parking
