Description: Enjoy a short local 20-minute ride on a Heritage Tram or Train, included in the admission fee. View exhibits, artefacts & memorabilia focusing on the railway contribution made to the community by the Depot and its workers. Learn about the 'Call Boy', 'The Fish' & 'The Chips' and the famous 'Caves Express' first class buffet carriage. Children can enjoy the model trains and the easy to read signage. Light Refreshments, hot and cold drinks, snacks or an ice cream available in the cafe then browse books, souvenirs & unique gift ideas in the shop. Advance Online Tickets highly recommended to secure your preferred Tram / Train ride departure time.

Volunteering: Tues/Wed/Sat - work on varied projects: small exhibits, rolling stock, locos, buildings, grounds, archives, track etc. Join the train crew or retail team on Open Days! No prior experience needed.
