Description: Park with sporting and recreational facilities including Planet X Youth Centre and a children's playground. North Sydney's oldest and most historic park. St Leonards Park contains many significant heritage items including the Tunks Fountain, the War Memorial, the Field Gun and the Music Shell (now home to Planet X). The park is home to North Sydney Oval and the Bon Andrews Oval as well as to cricket nets and netball courts. A bowling club/function centre is also located within the Park. Other significant features include sandstone shelters, seats, picnic tables, lights, a network of pathways and significant avenues of trees as well as specimen plantings.
