Description: The service provides assessment, crisis intervention, ongoing support and also acts as a referral service. The mental health team provides a 24-hour service to clients with a wide variety of mental health problems (particularly those with serious psychiatric disorders). Residents of North Sydney and Mosman Municipalities aged from 18 to 64 are eligible for the service.
