Description: Leading source of breastfeeding information and support. 24-hour Helpline and livechat via the website. The Northern Sydney Group offers face-to-face info and chat sessions (this are at various locations around the North Shore and Northern Beaches) every month. Children, infants and family members are welcome. A trained breastfeeding counsellor/educator attends each meeting and can provide individual counselling and assistance. Breast pump hire service is available with 50% reduced rates for members. We also run antenatal breastfeeding classes see www.breastfeeding.asn.au to enrol.

Volunteering: https://www.breastfeeding.asn.au/volunteering Complete our volunteer traineeship. You will: learn on-the-job, gain the skills to volunteer as a peer support breastfeeding counsellor or educator with ABA achieve a nationally accredited Certificate IV qualification

Hours: open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Fees: Annual membership fee to attend classes and receive newsletter/book.
