Description: Provides a coordinated multidisciplinary service to children with amputations and congenital limb deficiencies. Provides information, assessment, management and support regarding congenital limb difference, limb malformation or amputation. Genetics; Rehabilitation; Plastic Surgery; Orthopaedics; Prosthetic; Physiotherapy; Occupational Therapy and Social Work Services are provided. The service also allows for the review of client's post-surgery, the prescription of lower limb orthoses and the organization of follow-up rehabilitation if required.

Hours: Fortnightly Wednesday afternoons

Disability facilities: Wheelchair accessible, parking, ramp, lift, toilet, examination table
