Description: Provides social and cultural activities to reduce social isolation and allow members to become part of the bigger community. Service provides: Rainbow Multicultural Aged Care Program providing aged care services through Home Care Packages and Community Visitors Scheme providing bilingual volunteers visiting lonely people in residential aged care facilities.
Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-4pm
