Description: Specialised Exercise Centre for over 55's. Personally designed programs to assist people stay young and active. Gentle exercises, stretching, strengthening and balance training used. Open to all, no referral required. All sessions are fully supervised by university qualified health professionals to ensure comfort and safety. Free information brochure and workshops.
