Description: The Hornsby and Waitara Community Hub supports parents with children aged 0-8 by providing information and hosting activities such as supported playgroups, parenting programs and community events. Community Hubs are a place-based response to improve the accessibility of services to community members, and drive collaboration and social participation. Clients can self-refer or be referred by another agency/service.
