Description: 24/7 telephone crisis counselling and referral service for women (in heterosexual or same sex relationships) who are/or have experienced violence from a partner or ex-partner. Provides information, support, advocacy and referrals. Provides information about domestic violence services and assistance available from police, courts and the law. Refuge accommodation may also be provided and is subject to assessment. Temporary accommodation may also be provided to women, and their children, escaping domestic violence. Transportation and food brokerage may also be provided.
