Description: Grow is a caring and sharing, community based organisation with a unique program for improving and maintaining mental wellbeing. Offering practical steps and peer support to help you recover your mental health and achieve your personal goals. In a safe, caring, and confidential environment, experienced volunteers lead weekly group meetings for no charge. Meets Wednesday 7pm-9pm.
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm
