Description: The project works to identify needs in the local community and works in partnership with services, government agencies, community groups and residents on community development activities and projects to address those needs. The service offers an information and referral service, social inclusion programs, recreational and educational groups, courses and activities (including arts & crafts), lobbying and advocacy for the community. We service the wider St Marys community which includes Oxley Park, Colyton and Claremont Meadows. Conditions apply.
