Description: Victim Services is responsible for providing information, support and referral services to victims of crime, and overseeing the implementation of the statutory Charter of Victims Rights. Victims Services is an information resource for victims of crime and for community and victim support agencies. Includes counselling and financial support for victims of crime. Also seeks restitution of monies from convicted offenders. The offence must have occurred in NSW.
