Description: Healthy Living for Seniors is an active ageing day centre service. We offer: an opportunity to make new friends with shared interests; programs to improve strength, balance and confidence; education in healthy ageing; pastoral care and support; referrals to other services; transport and meals are included Tuesday and Wednesday at Galston Uniting Church, Friday at Berowra Heights Uniting Church.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-pm (Office), 10am-2pm (Centre)
