Location: Hornsby Kuring-gai Hospital, Ground Floor, Palmerston Building (Building 17), Enter via Gate 5, Derby Road., Hornsby 2077

Description: Clients must reside in the Hornsby or Ku-ring-Gai area. Services provided by appointment only. Blue Book (Personal Health Record) checks: to track your child's health and development at 1-4 weeks, 6-8 weeks, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, 2 yrs, 3 yrs and 4 yrs. Advice and management for common childhood and developmental concerns and breastfeeding. New parents' group: Thursday 11.00am-12.00pm. Starting solids information sessions. Community paediatrician: A current GP referral is required to obtain an appointment with the Specialist Community Paediatrician. Children's physiotherapy, speech & occupational therapy.

Hours: Monday- Friday (By appointment only)

Disability facilities: Wheel chair access to rooms and toilets.
