Description: Supports the frail aged and their carers living independently in the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai local government areas. Provides assistance with modifications and repairs to homes to help people live independently and safely in their home. Modifications range from installation of grabrails, stair rails, hand held showers, non slip surfaces and ramps. Minor maintenance works undertaken include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, anti-slip applications, window and gutter cleaning and gardening services.
