Description: The away from home haemodialysis (AFHH) program is a service offered to people who live in NSW and who require haemodialysis treatment away from their home. This program allows a person the flexibility to travel for education, work or short holidays while still receiving their treatment.
This program is administered by EnableNSW on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays)
